How to Enter

Every team member must complete an individual online application via the Dragon Skin Registration System. As part of the Team Leader’s application, they will be able to create the team. The Team Leader will need to know the names (correct spelling) and Scout Membership Numbers for all the team members. Please follow the following steps:

Form your Team

First step is to form your team! Teams are made up of 4 – 7 members where you will have a designated Team Leader & Team Members. It is a good idea to understand the skills & experience of your team members so you have a good mix when competing! If you don’t have a team, don’t worry you can apply and email info@dragonskin.nswscouts.com.au to help you form a team with others that are in need of a team as well!

Team Leader

  1. Create your Application via the On-Line Registration System
  2. Enter the Team details on the Teams Tab of your Application
  3. Submit and Print out your application form.
  4. Ensure all the required signatures are on your form (You, your parents/guardians and your Venturer Leader)
  5. Pay your Dragon Skin Fee via the Payment Gateway in the On-Line Registration System
  6. Ensure your Venturer Leader has signed the Team Application Form, printed as part of your application)
  7. Scan the Team Application and the signature page from your own individual application form UPLOAD your forms onto the Status tab in the application system.  You must upload the 2 pages in a SINGLE PDF file.  If you upload multiple files they will be rejected.
  8. Only PDF files can be uploaded, all other file types will be rejected.
  9. When all Team Members have uploaded complete and correct forms, and everyone has paid, your team will be approved to attend Dragon Skin and a team confirmation will be emailed back to the Team Leader.  This will include how to get all the information needed to plan for the event, as well as details on when and where to check-in on Good Friday.
  10. Can’t find a full team? Don’t worry! Teams with less that four members and even individual applications are still very welcome. We will place you with other smaller teams to make up a full team, so just fill in the online team application form and send it in with what you have.

In Summary

  • Dragon Skin will be held at Belanglo State Forest.
  • Your team must check-in together at a single location.
  • A standard entry fee per person will apply.
  • Teams can consist of four, five or six members, although we will accept teams of seven if no alternative exists.
  • Teams of less than four members or even individuals can still apply and will be placed with other under strength teams.
  • You must apply online.

 

Online Applications open on 26th of January 2022 and close on 3rd April 2022. All payments must be received and forms uploaded and approved by 5 PM 8th April 2022.
